I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent near restaurants and shopping. My room was comfortable and had a full kitchen. The breakfast was Grab & Go, which was convenient. 😊

The experience was utterly disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff seemed disinterested, leaving me standing at the desk for far too long. Once checked in, I discovered my room had stains on the bathroom counters and a horrendous smell. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, and it was hard to believe this hotel was even open for guests. I felt trapped in a dirty, neglected room that shouldn't be offered to anyone.

I was impressed by the clean and spacious lobby area, which was easily accessible with ramps for seniors. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I felt welcomed at every turn during my visit.

Improved breakfast options would be appreciated.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff super friendly. It’s a great spot for quick meals since you have a full kitchen in your room, but just keep in mind the breakfast is Grab & Go style at the front desk.

One of the rooms took way longer to be ready, and it wasn’t cleaned properly. It definitely put a damper on our first day as we had to wait to get inside.
